Settle Railway Station

Settle Railway Station opened in 1876 and serves the town of Settle in North Yorkshire. The station boasts many original features including its signal box which was closed in 1984 and has been fully restored and opened as a visitor attraction by the Friends of the Settle – Carlisle Line.

Services are operated by Northern Rail and the station sees 15 trains each day Monday to Saturday in addition to numerous freight trains using the Settle and Carlisle Railway due to congestion on the West Coast Main Line.
